Educational leadership as a factor for improvement in educational performance. A systematic review between 2015 2022

Abstract
Objective: To analyze pedagogical leadership and the factors that contribute to educational improvement and school learning processes through a systematic review between 2015 and 2022.
Methodology: The methodology employed in this research is a systematic review, considering the following combination of the Boolean operators "pedagogical leadership" AND "educational improvement." The inclusion criteria for this research are publications in scientific journals between 2015 and 2022, articles derived from pedagogy, and in Spanish.
Results: The results reveal positive correlations between pedagogical leadership and learning. Specific leadership practices, such as professional development and distributed leadership in decision-making, are identified as being associated with significant improvements in educational quality.
Conclusion: The studies reviewed in this systematic review agree that school leadership is a decisive factor in improving the educational process. Furthermore, studies indicate that it influences the collaborative culture of schools, teacher professional development, student learning, and pedagogical innovation.
